Shipping Location → All products are shipped out from Canada B.C

Shipping Cost:

• Free shipping will be automatically applied on orders over $35 (For North America)

• Free shipping will be automatically applied on orders over $70 (For International)
  

• The exact shipping cost to your destination will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times (Approximate):

The approximate shipping time range will be provided at checkout. Once the order has been created the buyer will receive an email with an estimated delivery date.

Miyabi Culture is powered by Shopify which offers a wide range of payment methods.  Payments transactions are done through Shopify Payments to keep payment info and data safe. Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts.

Return Policy

**Due to hygiene and safety for all buyers; face masks are final sale**

Any other products we offer a 15-day return period, the product must be in the same condition that was received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

International Taxes

International taxes might be applied depending on your country’s taxes policy.

Custom duty is calculated as a percentage of the value of the goods. Please check with your local custom advisor for custom duty % for clothing; as well as the minimum value of goods before custom duty is required. 

Please note we can not declare the products lower than its actual value for customs & shipping insurance purposes.

However most countries do not charge taxes on clothing valued under $100 USD.
